We’re proud to have partnered with Clifton Blake to bring a new Starbucks experience to life at Parq Vancouver—nestled between the refined energy of the JW Marriott and the bold character of The Douglas.

This location was designed to reflect both the global consistency of the Starbucks brand and the distinctly elevated context of its surroundings. The result is a space that feels grounded, warm, and quietly sophisticated—offering a moment of pause within one of Vancouver’s most dynamic hospitality destinations.

Materiality played a central role in shaping the experience. Rich wood tones, layered textures, and carefully integrated lighting create a sense of depth and comfort, while maintaining durability and performance in a high-traffic environment. The design balances efficiency with atmosphere—supporting seamless operations while delivering a guest experience that feels intentional and considered.

Working alongside Flow Engineering and Archos Engineering, our team coordinated closely to ensure every detail—from spatial planning to technical integration—met the demands of a complex mixed-use environment. The project required precision, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence across all disciplines.

Located adjacent to Honey Salt, this Starbucks offers both hotel guests and visitors a refined, accessible touchpoint—whether for a quick coffee or a moment to linger.

At its core, this project is about elevating the everyday. It’s a reminder that even the most familiar brands can feel new when thoughtfully designed within the right context.
